To be able to download the pdf files, you must 1st have acrobat reader. You can download it by clicking on the 'get adobe reader' image at the top of the screen. Once you have downloaded this, you can now start viewing the pdf files available. To download the files, you must right click on one of the three images and select 'save target as'. After saving the file on your computer, you can open the pdf file through Adobe Acrobat.
